Yes! It is officially Fall, my favorite time of year. I love the cooler temperatures and the beautiful colors in nature. I love baking, making soup and wearing sweaters. Since we moved to South Carolina 2 years ago, it is also a time we celebrate lower humidity. YAY! But it is also a time when the leaves fall, and raking the leaves is a non stop job! We get beautiful colors but being surrounded by big beautiful trees is a blessing and a curse.

So today as I sit in the 102 degree heat 🥵 at my mom’s house in Palm Desert, California wishing for some typical Fall weather, I have linked some Fall crochet projects, pumpkin projects and some recipes that are perfect for this time of year.
Here are a couple of Fall recipes that are my favorites:
Rice Krispie Treat Pumpkins – When I was still teaching, I was a Culinary teacher for 7th and 8th graders and this was one of our cooking labs focusing on using the microwave.
Barefoot Contessa Butternut Squash and Ricotta Bruschetta – If you ever want to wow guests in the fall, this recipe is absolutely delicious. It’s the perfect fall appetizer!
Happy Fall Y’all!
