Mindy’s Crochet Moments

We are in the midst of one of my favorite times of the year. Spring. A time to renew, refresh and re-evaluate what’s important. I can look out my front window and see the tree in my yard in full bloom. Gorgeous white blossoms. You have to see it and appreciate it quickly, because what a week ago, was empty branches is now filled with white little flowers and next week will be green leaves, lush and beautiful.

This is the time where I seem to go through everything in the house, cleaning, re-organizing, and planning new someday projects! I change the sheets from flannel to cotton, change the pillow covers on my couch to pretty florals, and change the wreath on my front door to a sweet, pink floral with white ribbon.

This Spring there is so much to crochet! There are birthdays, babies, St. Patrick’s day, Easter and Mother’s Day during this time. At the top of my blog, I’ve written:

That is so true for me. Most gifts from me are handmade, crocheted works of love. Yes, I have an Etsy shop, but I continue to crochet for my family and friends. My interest in crocheting began by wanting to make something for someone else and it continues today.
