I know I’m a little early, but Mother’s Day is on my mind now. Since we’ve moved back to California I’ve been able to visit with my mother more which has been great. The picture below is of the two of us this past November at a Frankie Valle concert. Yes, he is still alive and kicking but don’t waste your money going to his concert. 🤦🏻♀️

My mom stays busy playing bridge, making cross stitch baby quilts, and making beautiful felt Christmas stockings for everyone in the family. She used to make amazing full size quilts but she doesn’t use the sewing machine anymore and wants to pass that task on to me.

My mother doesn’t crochet. That craft was passed down to me from my grandmother. But I have crocheted many things for my mom. Here are links to some projects that make great gifts for Mother’s Day, May 12th.
One more reason Mother’s Day has been on my mind… my daughter is pregnant with her first child!!! She is expecting her baby girl in August and we can’t wait. So there’s probably a very good chance you’ll see some baby projects posts soon. 😘
Thank you for visiting this site. I appreciated your support.
